1. Intake Coordinator – Pays $20/hr
• Review and process documents submitted by patients, physicians, and other external customers/parties contacting COMPANY Access Solutions for access to, or other information regarding, relevant COMPANY products. Acts as the first-line of contact for the assigned Access Solutions Call Center Operations customer service team. Receives and manages high-volume departmental faxes. Sorts through all faxes and manages departmental folders for case managers and other appropriate team members
2. Reimbursement Specialist - Pays $26/hr
• Investigates patient's insurance benefits. Identifies network providers, provider restrictions, co-pays as needed. Documents requirements for prior authorization and medical review process. Documents activities appropriately in progress notes. Pursue product coverage for patients in accordance with the payor's authorization requirements within the department's established performance criteria..Create written communication to customers regarding reimbursement status.
3. Case Manager - Pays $29/hr - Acts as a liaison between patients, providers, MDs, pharmacies and insurance carrier to assure services are provided in the least restrictive, least costly manner. Manages the appeals process for patients. Must have strong Customer Service skills. Must have strong organization and time management skills. Provides customer focused reimbursement support to patients, pharmacists, physicians and internal sales force in a high-volume contact center environment (both inbound and outbound phone calls). Educates, informs, and assists patients and providers to navigate through the reimbursement process for the assigned product
