Compass Consultants Inc. has a 50 year history of providing leading edge, professional engineering services and consulting for the telecommunications industry. Compass' Outside Plant Department provides utility construction management from oversight to detailed inspection.
As an Outside Plant Supervisor, this full-time position will provide professional engineering support to projects, guidance to other OSP staff and provide excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.
We require you have the following:
- 3 or more years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Familiarity with industry-standard best practices
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes as they relate to the projects and plans
- Knowledge of basic network components
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving record required
The OSP Supervisor will have field and office work. Their office can be based out of Perham, New Hope, or a home office in Minnesota.
