RPA Program Manager

Position Summary:

Company is looking to grow there RPA practice and is looking for qualified RPA Program Managers who will be responsible for successful deliver of RPA Programs client satisfaction. This role will be involved in channel development and key sales pursuits. The RPA Program Manager will interface with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of RPA. This role is responsible for leading Analysis teams, Business teams, RPA development teams, cross functional teams, project sponsors, and PMO teams. The RPA Program Manager will be a critical part of our growing business, in which we are continually striving to automate our customer operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Lead the delivery of RPA programs at the agreed-upon terms, original deal economics, schedule, and quality level

· Manage overall project/program risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management for critical project plans, commitment, and changes

· Oversee and lead development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Work Plan, including approval for the project's estimated schedule, effort, and cost

· Manage accurate development and traceability of requirements during project life cycle

· Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, address misalignments, monitor the program to meet/exceed the agreed expectations, and communicate back to customer.

· Develop strategy for control and governance structures to ensure desired outcomes across projects.

· Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs

· Manage delivery portfolio, monitoring, escalating and resolving delivery issues internally

· Participate in sales pursuits, driving the solution planning and deal shaping process that will help deliver business value for our customers

· Develop, implement, and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, timelines, budget, and quality outcomes

· Develop and implement change enablement processes throughout the project

· Provide overall project leadership to the project teams; mentor and develop team members and peers

Required Experience:

· 10+ years of professional working experience in the software product services industry, preferably with strong RPA transformation experience

· 5+ years of professional experience leading software automation and/or integration projects and project management experience as a project lead

· Knowledge of RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism, and Automation best practices

· Communication & Presence; the ability to communicate appropriately across different levels and roles

· Good client interface and presentation skills

· Customer-oriented attitude and experience in customer expectations management

· Strategic Mindset; the ability to see the big picture and deliver key outcomes

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working in the Utilities, Higher Education and State and Local Government sectors

· UiPath Academy or Automation Anywhere University certification is a plus

· Previous experience working in the public sector with State, County, and City level institutions

Education:

· Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
