Human Resource Coordination
o Manage postings for all new positions or vacancies; support administrators in refining job descriptions, posting vacancies on website and online job-seeking websites.
o Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates selected for interview by administrators and/or search committees.
o Assemble hiring packets and process new hire paperwork for all new hires, interns, and volunteers including application, CORI, required documentation, benefits forms, tax forms, etc.
o Process and read/review CORI reports following CORI requirements and regulations.
o Assist in documentation and management of employee contracts and employment letters.
o Update annually emergency contact list for employees.
o Collect and maintain attendance records/time sheets for all employees.
o Maintain vacation and sick time accruals.
o Maintain files on employee certification, licensure and evaluation.
o Manage Workers’ Compensation claims/reports.
o Manage Leaves of Absence and FMLA requests and required paperwork.
