IT / Phone Support Tech ($50-55k) Direct hire

Busy Manufacturing company looking to add to their phone support tech team. This is a direct hire role, full-time hours, starting salary ranging from $50-55k.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical phone support to customers in the diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of network based issues for our product lines. Over the phone as well as remote troubleshooting support.
- Provide technical consultations to customers and field-based sales and clinical support team about hardware, software and networking requirements and recommendations
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in technologies or equivalent in-depth specialized technical training/experience.
- Looking for three (3) to five (5) years of recent hands-on experience in an IT and/or networking support role.
- Must have experience in troubleshooting system integration and system compatibility issues.
Looking for people experienced in help desk/phone support AND also have had some hands on electronics repair. Very helpful to have the hands on experience when troubleshooting with someone over the phone.
IN Office first 3 months for training, then Hybrid options offered.
