Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Able to be focused in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional phone, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic typing and note taking skills
- Ability to learn a large volume of products
Responsibilities:
- Upsell products
- Learn and speak intelligently about all our products
- Call Current Customers
- Organize customer calls that need to be made in our call management system
- Take detailed and accurate orders, enter orders into the CRM
- Bring customer complaints and concerns to the Sales Managers attention
- Schedule follow up calls in your weekly planner
- Send samples and marketing material to customers and qualified leads
- Answering product questions and concerns customers and leads may have
