Job Description

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Able to be focused in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional phone, communication, and customer service skills
  • Basic typing and note taking skills
  • Ability to learn a large volume of products

Responsibilities:

  • Upsell products
  • Learn and speak intelligently about all our products
  • Call Current Customers
  • Organize customer calls that need to be made in our call management system
  • Take detailed and accurate orders, enter orders into the CRM
  • Bring customer complaints and concerns to the Sales Managers attention
  • Schedule follow up calls in your weekly planner
  • Send samples and marketing material to customers and qualified leads
  • Answering product questions and concerns customers and leads may have
