M-F 8:00-5:00 (weekend support at times)
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Call Center Supervision and/or Management required
5-10 years of call center experience
Professional verbal and written skills
Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
Multi-tasker and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Duties:
Day to day supervision of 5-10 call center representatives
Training new hires
Logistics and dispatch
Maintaining employee work schedules
Customer service support
Maintaining records
Manage escalated customer service issues
