A highly respected and reputable Healthcare Organization in Orange County is currently searching for a detail-oriented, outgoing, self-motivated, highly organized, Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant who will be responsible to perform a wide variety of duties. The successful applicant will be a career minded professional and have a positive attitude.
Duties and responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone
Manage multi-line telephone system
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Deal with special requests from Guests
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Data Entry and File Maintenance
Copy, file and maintain paper and electronic documents and records
Assist Accounting executive
Special projects as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
General office experience
General computer skills, including internet usage
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Entry level QuickBooks knowledge preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional interpersonal and communication skills
Effective time management skills, with excellent organization skills
