About this role           

CompIQ Solutions is seeking athe Client Support team. This individual will work closely with the Customer Support/Success team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, emails, questions, and other forms of inbound client communication, leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email, chat, and phone
  • Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Fostering positive client relations, managing inquiries, and promptly directing complaints to relevant departments. 
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding customer inquiries, issues, and feedback

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or healthcare related study preferred
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in healthcare or medical services strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with software as a service (SaaS) products is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
