Recent College Graduates wanted - Sales Development Reps

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for contacting prospects in order to set meetings with sales to discuss Comodo Cybersecurity products and/or services. The Sales Development Representative will primarily use outbound phone calling to reach out to prospects with the goal of setting meetings between the sales team and the prospect. Integrity, an inherent sense of urgency, effective communication skills, desire to learn, and passion are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

· Consistently meet or exceed meetings set and meetings completed quota

· Lead follow up

· Identify decision makers within targeted contacts to set sales meetings

· Schedule sales meetings

· Handle unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales meetings

· Overcome objections of prospective customers

· Enter new prospect data and update changes in the corporate database

· Attend periodic trainings and meetings where applicable

· Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position

Experience/Skills

· Four-year college degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communication or Business Administration or minimum 1 year inside sales experience with proven track record of having achieved quota.

· Able to overcome objections, get beyond gatekeepers, and persuade prospects to attend sales meeting

· Able to quickly build rapport with prospects

· Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills

· Excellent tonality and high energy on phone

· Excellent listening skills

· Strong written communication skills

· Self-motivated, a hunter, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

· Maintain acceptable levels of activity such as daily calls and meetings set

· Able to perform basic mathematical calculations

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team

· Good time management

· High level of integrity and work ethic
