As a Cpap/BiPap Compliance Associate with Community Surgical, you will:
Review patient charts and medical history. Assess the chart to make sure all required documentation required is obtained to initiate the compliance process.
Schedule and perform regular and timely follow-up (telephone and written) on all assigned accounts and document associated activity in cpap/bipap compliance notes.
Routinely evaluate patient accounts and check status of downloads, results and follow up dates or forms.
Prepare future downloads and pre-date statement of ordering physician forms for 61 days after set up.
Follow established compliance processes to ensure effective and efficient customer service and compliance tracking
Prepare compliance-related reporting and submit to management in a timely manner.
Stay current with compliance changes. Communicate all compliance guidelines, instruction and other information to cpap/bipap customer service and CMN teams.
Perform compliance projects to achieve specific team and departmental objectives.
Keep management apprised of patient, payer and process changes or issues.
Perform various duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Working knowledge of general office procedures. Customer service/administrative experience preferred. Administrative experience in the medical/healthcare field a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must possess good communication and people skills. Must be detailed oriented, organized and neat in person and habits. Computer literate. Ability to work in a team office environment.
