Community Support Network is a social service non-profit organization in Madison, WI that supports adults with developmental delays so they are able to enjoy dignified and fulfilling lives. We assist our clients to participate in work settings, enrichment activities and other skill building pursuits. All of our clients have some level of cognitive delay, and they often have other issues we assist them with, which may include mental health, behavioral and/or medical and physical concerns.

We value promoting staff from within and this is a career track position. After 12 months, you can become eligible for higher rates of pay and additional responsibilities.
We are open between 7:30 - 5:00, Monday through Friday. This is a 40 hour/week job and your schedule will vary slightly day to day during our open hours. Overtime is sometimes available but never required!
$500 after 90 days of employment
$15/month cell phone reimbursement

WI driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Proof of personal driving insurance
Maintain a personal cell phone for use during work hours
Able to lift 50 lbs and do deep knee bends (often at the same time) independently
