What will a Pharmacy Technician Representative do every day?

  • Make visits to assigned partner accounts in central and western Nebraska

  • Act as primary point of contact to assigned partner accounts

  • Coordinate with internal pharmacy for any partner needs

  • Weekly team conference calls

  • New partner implementation

  • Collaborate with a fabulous clinical team to meet partner needs

  • Coordinate meetings, lunches and events for assigned partner accounts

  • Build strong relationships with partner accounts

 

Pharmacy Technician Representative minimum requirements will include:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Certification as a licensed pharmacy technician through a national or state program preferred, but not required, * will train the right person

  • 1 year pharmacy technician retail experience required; long term care experience a plus

  • 1 year customer service required

  • Experience with event planning

  • Strong computer skills and experience using a document management program 

  • Knowledge of drugs and drug categories 

  • Must be comfortable working with various types of technology  

  • Must be able to actively contribute to a positive team environment

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, remain focused, and work independently

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Superb written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to engage in frequent stooping, bending, reaching, and squatting throughout the day

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Clean driving record

  • Travel required; Overnight stays required; Central and western Nebraska territory  

    You must be reliable and have a solid work history to be seriously considered for the position.  A completed pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted.  

    Position hours:  Five 8-hour shifts; scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am and 6pm. Occasional evening shifts. Travel required. Flexibility is a must.
