Associate Vice President of Financial and Sustainability Reporting

A dynamic, fast-growing, publicly traded real estate company, Community Healthcare Trust Services, located in Middle Tennessee is seeking a full-time candidate to provide business development presentations, corporate sustainability reporting, and other special projects reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The role requires significant experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, good organizational and communication skills, and an ability to work on multiple project teams. Candidate Requirements:
- An undergraduate level degree, preferably in business or finance
- 3-5 years of work experience with experience developing financial models, presentations, and other project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
- A self-starter willing to learn new skills, software, and reporting tools to be used by senior management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to remain highly organized.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for use by the CFO and other team members for business development meetings
- Build financial models to be used for business development, budgeting, and other internal reporting
- Work with the CFO on special projects including bank financings, investor presentations, and business development activities
- Maintain and update Corporate Sustainability policies, procedures, and disclosures
- Utilize Workiva and Yardi software platforms to track Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) data
- Lead the annual development of a Corporate Sustainability Report
- Provide regular ESG updates to the ESG committee and board of directors
- Work with Internal Audit as needed for quarterly ESG compliance reviews
Compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), bonus program, equity participation, and approved continuing education / professional certification reimbursement. Elective equity compensation program through compensation deferrals.
CHCT owns real estate properties associated primarily with the delivery of outpatient healthcare services throughout the United States. As of September 30, 2022, the Company owned 161 real estate properties in 34 states, totaling approximately 3.5 million square feet.
We had investments of Approximately $642 million in 124 real estate properties as of March 31, 2020, located in 32 states , totaling approximately 2.7 million square feet..
