WESEEK A CANDIDATE WHO:
-Isa proactive advocate for the client’s personal insurance needs.
-Hasexperience working with multiple insurance carriers.
-Believesin integrity and building success by teamwork.
-Has3-5 years of Personal Insurance experience.
-Holdsa valid and current Property & Casualty License.
-Hassuperior written and verbal communication skills.
-Iscomfortable with all types of office technology.
-Isa creative and efficient problem solver.
-Hashigh-level organizational and follow-up skills.
-Hasdeveloped excellent listening skills with strong customer focus.
TheClient Advisor works on a team environment including sales and management, toeffectively respond to our clients’ needs and requests and to properly protecttheir assets.
-Provide excellentservice to an assigned book of business, taking time to build relationshipswith each account.
-Consultativelypartner with clients to understand needs and provide the best and mostcomprehensive coverage.
-Conduct thoroughcoverage and exposure reviews with clients to understand their needs andprovide education on adequate coverage.
-Review renewalconsiderations and work with carriers and marketing to determine the best optionsfor the client.
-Proactivelyapproach client interactions related to cancellations, understand how we mightbe able to earn back business.
-Ensure accuracy inprocessing tasks in agency management system (Sagitta and Imageright).
-Stay current with primary insurance companies relative tounderwriting guidelines, available premium saving credits, technologyplatforms, etc.
-Commitment to continual learning and development of sales andtechnical expertise.
-Participate in continuing education, self-education andcredentialing.
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-College Degree Preferred
-NYS Property / Casualty Agents/Brokers license required
-Maintain NYS Property/Casualty Agents//Brokers License throughcontinuing education
