Job Description

Community Alternatives, Inc is offering a SIGN ON BONUS for motivated Licensed Master's level ABA clinicians to guide strength based, client focused behavioral health services and positively impact the lives of our clients. FREE LPC and BCBA supervision included for qualified individuals!

The Behavioral Consultant (BC) provides behavioral support and intervention to children, youth and families in the home, school and community settings. Job Functions:

  • complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need
  • maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
  • collect and analyze data to determine treatment progress
  • consult with members of client's team
  • lead team meetings
  • supervise bachelor's level staff
  • engage in supervision and training
  • complete clinical documentation
  • develop crisis plans to guide family in emergency or crisis situation
  • develop and monitor individualized intervention
  • electronic paperwork submission

The Mobile Therapist (MT) provides psychotherapy to clients and their families to address emotional needs and develop coping strategies. Job Functions:

  • complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need
  • maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
  • utilize CBT interventions
  • consult with members of client's team
  • lead team meetings
  • supervise bachelor's level staff
  • engage in supervision and training
  • complete clinical documentation
  • develop crisis plans to guide family in emergency or crisis situation
  • develop and monitor individualized intervention
  • electronic paperwork submission

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree and Licensed in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field and certification in BCaBA, minimum of 1 year paid experience providing ABA and 12 credits ABA, or minimum of 1 year full time ABA under BCBA and 40 hours training.

  • Updated TB test
  • Updated physical
  • 3 reference letters
