Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all procedures for Accounts Payable
  • Process Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices
  • Assist with financial reports as required
  • Post financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Answer phones, intercom and messaging
  • Inventory control of office supplies
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Good working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Good working knowledge of PC and Microsoft application software
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • ADP experience preferred


  • Strong work ethic, dependable and initiative a must
