Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all procedures for Accounts Payable
- Process Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices
- Assist with financial reports as required
- Post financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Mail sorting and distribution
- Answer phones, intercom and messaging
- Inventory control of office supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Good working knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Good working knowledge of PC and Microsoft application software
- Must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- QuickBooks experience required
- ADP experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, dependable and initiative a must
