Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position handles commercial/personal real estate and SBA general loan operation
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loan generation, funding and boarding
- Prepares SBA 1086 agreement
- Handles charge off, down grade and non-accrual placement
- Reviews and monitors collateral insurances.
- Handles general loan servicing for SBA 7a loans
- Daily loan payment and charge back
- Monitors tickler report and UCC continuation
- Posts daily payment
- Posts loan advance upon request
- Works as a backup for trade finance operation
- Balances participation payment holdover G/L
- Submits participation payment
- Monitors Hancock guaranty loans
- Complies fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.)
- Must complete all required training
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
- Fundamental knowledge of loan operation, servicing, trade finance operation and documentation
- Experience in LaserPro
- Fundamental knowledge of bank policy and procedure
- Understands SBA SOP
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
