Costumer Service Representative

Construction company is looking for candidates for immediate start. Competitive base salary along with quarterly bonuses and commissions. Minimum of 2 years of experience within an office environment and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Answering the phones and great communication
2. Data Entry, Maintain Project Files and Database
3. Organize and update files as needed
4. Perform general administrative tasks
5. Responsible for processing all incoming client service, maintenance, and warranty calls in pleasant and courteous manner.
6. Assigning service tickets to Technicians based on schedule and geographical locations.
7. Schedule and coordinate service and access to job site locations as needed.
8. Ensure all information and documentation is properly captured by technicians before processing service tickets into billings.
9. Maintain the dispatch board / schedule for service work and follow ups.
10. Perform collection calls on past due billings and other accounting functions as needed.
11. Process time sheets for the department and coordinate process with Payroll administrator
12. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company.
13. Process and document all work in a timely manner.
14. Replenish office supplies as needed.
15. Perform additional work as directed by Service manager including administrative activities and clerical tasks.
16. Clerical and administrative paperwork handling

• Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Helpful Skills:

• Construction Industry experience
• General construction knowledge

Working hours: 6:30AM to 3:30PM, 7:00AM - 4:00 PM, 7:30AM - 4:30PM
