Assist with administration of commercial leases and related documents; building operations and internal accounting and provide support to Executive and Management staff members. Handle confidential documents and exercise discretion. Provide general administrative support such as editing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, greeting guests, coordinating pick-up and delivery of packages. Copying, scanning, filing, etc and organizing files. Assist principals with personal matters. Assist with the administration of insurance policies. Potential to assist in the preparation of legal agreements and leases.
3-5 years experience in a similar firm or experience in Real Estate Dept. of a corporation.
Proficiency with software and technology including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent grammar required for both oral and written communication.
