The customer profile is Small to Medium-sized business in the Trucking, Tow, Delivery and Construction industries. In 2021, CFF will fund $200 million in equipment finance loans, and looks to grow to $245 million in 2022.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager is the onboarding and training of new sales talent, day-to-day oversight of the existing team, along with monitoring and reporting on the productivity.
The Sales Manager oversees the training and progression of sales talent based on the needs of the business
Direct and supervise sales staff with regards to sales activities
Mentor and assist Sales team with Account Management strategy for both end-user and dealer relationships
Monitor, review and report on performance of sales team. Assist VP in performance evaluations
Assist sales team members with onboarding and retention of dealer/vendor network
Promote a culture of high performance and integrity
Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly award program for Sales department
Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions to efficiency and/or profitability
Relevant professional experience required. 5+ years in a prior sales role with at least 3 years of management experience
Experience building training materials
Strong knowledge of small business lending preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Proactive, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
