Job Description
Commercial Fleet Financing, Inc. is actively hiring for our Operations Manager Position. This is a dynamic and exciting position for an experienced commercial loan operations team leader or supervisor interested in being part of our 27-year-old equipment financing company located in Carrollton, TX.
Required Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience in Commercial Lending as a team leader or supervisor
- Strong motivator with proven track record of coaching and developing employees
- Able to manage staffing levels to the volume of production and meet daily processing requirements
- Leads employees to exceed internal and external customers’ expectations, producing quality work with speed and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on details, identify issues, and respond quickly to urgent situations by prioritizing quickly and recommending solutions
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to know one’s audience and communicate appropriately
- Aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications

- Above market base salary as well as quarterly bonus
