HVAC Contracts Account Administrator

Commercial Express HVAC in Chantilly, Virginia, is looking for a Maintenance Contracts Account Administrator with a strong accounting background and exceptional customer service to join our team! Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the company portfolio of preventive maintenance contract customers with support of a Contracts Coordinator Assistant.
• Facilitate contract approval process, review monthly renewals for profitability and determine renewal amounts.
• Prepare renewal quotes within established guidelines.
• Coordinate with dispatching to schedule service calls and preventive maintenance visits.
• Build and input account file information for new/renewing customers in database.
• Communicate with customers quoted prices, terms, and answer questions.
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers.
• Manage revenues, cost reporting, and profit and loss.
• Ensure all information on renewing contract customers is up to date and correct in the system.
• Prepare and send out invoices for all contract customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Management, or extensive relative experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Be able to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Must be detailed oriented and have good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electric, plumbing or construction industry highly preferred.
