Commercial door company looking to hire a Bookeeper/Office Admin to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of our organization.
This is a part time position approx. 25-30 hours a week.
Looking or an individual that needs a flexible schedule. Hours are 9-2:30/3 M-F
- Manage records and information
- Answer phones/take messages
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Process data
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Previous experience in a office (Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical/Construction etc) preferred
- Experience in the following: Fluent in Quick Books and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
