You will serve as an Installation Training Officer of the Operations
Program, Commander Navy Installations Command, Crane, IN.

- You will develop installation training policies and operating
ensure an efficient and effective program is provided in support
of mission readiness.
- You will assess deficiencies or gaps in individual employee's

installation exercises to validate installation readiness; 5) Briefs
management on findings, obtains management direction, and/or
executes the approved action plan to ensure training is
