Reporting to the VP, Multifamily Solutions, the Director, Product Management, Property Manager Experiences will supervise the product strategy, design and development of unified Multifamily solutions for property managers which will provide a consistent and empowering experience through client application interfaces. & Working in partnership with the Multifamily business team and key stakeholders from engineering and field sales, the Director will define, drive and deliver solutions which enable multifamily property managers with key features to manage property services provided by Comcast. & The Director will lead product definition and ensure it meets the needs of the customer and internal stakeholders, while leading development initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. & Additional responsibilities include:
-Define product strategy, roadmap, and define / maintain measurements of success
-Interact with a multi-disciplinary matrixed project team using the agile/scrum methodology to drive incremental and iterative work cadences using empirical feedback to validate value creation and achieve maximum impact to the customer experience
-Lead and achieve balance between business, technical and user requirements while tracking to budget&
-Fulfill the product role within the scrum team, owning the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, with autonomy to prioritize issues based on perceived user value, metrics and release planning. Leads backlog grooming, sprint planning and product demo sessions, inviting appropriate partners as needed. & Sets, communicates and keeps team focused on sprint goals
-Responsible for detailed roadmap and release planning, with support and collaboration of an agile team across different functions.&
-Maintain domain expertise in our rapidly evolving industry
-Aid in the transformation from incubation to enterprise deployment - maintain a 360 view of customer and stakeholder needs from the start to ensure commercial success

-Experience in defining and delivering successful products in the digital space is required.
-Good understanding of UX best practices and ability to guide visual design direction is required.
-Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience is required.
-Ability to create clear, detailed, concise user stories, acceptance criteria and artifacts to convey concepts and ideas to the cross functional agile team is required.
-Ability to identify and validate the value of product backlog ideas is required.
-Experience creating release plans and roadmaps to convey delivery plan is required.
-Strong collaboration skills, with experience in bringing together cross functional teams is required.
-Ability to influence partners with diverse points of view and build consensus.
-Expertise or knowledge in employee engagement experience design is preferred.
-Background in UX, marketing, or product development is preferred.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics is required.
-Big picture mindset with the ability to zoom in and out of details; can balance both technical and strategic demands is required.
