CICC & TRIBAL RELATIONS EVENTS/CATERING ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

STARTING WAGE: $ 17.52 PER HOUR
POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates the overall administrative and communication functions of all Colusa Indian Community Council (CICC) and Tribal events or needs from the Resort.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Serve as the main point of contact for any CICC and Tribal events or needs of the Resort.
Ensure that all CICC and Tribal events, meetings or needs of the resort are fully and successfully executed.
Coordinates event logistics and activities with other staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with events and brand.
Establishes connections and strengthens relationships with CICC Leaders and Tribal Members.
Produces initiative pro forma reports tracking to include documentation of successes and making recommendations for improvements for future events.
Documents all stages, phases, and outcomes of initiatives in detail and tracks progress daily.
Assists with Colusa Casino Resort Catering and Events when not working on Tribal events.
Maintains event calendars for CICC and Tribal events, updating as necessary.
Caterease (Sales and Catering) detail aspects of event orders, contracts, and/or additional sales reports.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) or more years related experience in event and entertainment planning, project management
