Sales Coordinator

Location: We have two positions available for the East and West regions.  This is a remote opportunity. 

Responsibilities:

  • With Account Executive oversight prepare proposals
  • Ensure follow ups from prospects are delivered in a professional & effective manner
  • Knowledgeable resource for the Account Executives
  • Research accounts
  • Manage new and existing customers requirements
  • Maintain sales records and create reports
  • Strong understanding of all Columbus offerings
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by answering emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Communication and engagement with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure all sales needs are being met
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Attend department sales meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
  • Disciplined use of CRM system to record customer information required
  • Sales support experience preferred
  • Highly skilled at customer service, organization, problem solving, and multitasking
