Supply Chain Operations Manager

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager you will provide functional and analytical leadership to evolve process, reporting and analytical insights across supply chain operations. In this position you will provide recommendations to enhance decision making and to support the company in focusing on the consumer, supporting brand growth and achieving profitability. This role leads the development of foundational reporting and analytics in support of various supply chain operations functions, as well as enterprise-level reporting for the senior leadership team and our cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:

  • Enable capabilities to support supply chain operations strategy and deliverables
  • Integrate across functional silos to deliver complex business outcomes
  • Improve trade-off, decision making with analytical models and scenario planning
  • Identify, prioritize and deliver analytical capabilities
  • Connect process and analytics to improve decision making
  • Provide leadership to regional supply chain leads across North America, Europe/IDR and Asia to ensure reporting meets global process requirements and regional needs
  • Lead process, reporting and analytics, including, but not limited to, corporate forecast, long range revenue planning, inventory forecasting and order book
  • Support executive-level reporting and analytics including Executive/Brand S&OP and QBRs
  • Provide functional supply chain operational reporting and analytics in the areas of Distribution, Logistics, Demand/Fulfillment and Supply/Buying/Materials
  • Lead the development of analytical models in support of operational planning and execution
  • Full management of functional team with multiple direct reports
  • Values empowering individuals for independent decision-making through clear direction and leadership. Promotes talent development and coaching for individuals and succession planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Operations, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • 8+ years apparel/footwear Supply Chain experience within multiple functional disciplines
  • High level understanding of Supply Chain Management processes including at least 5 years' experience in a management/leadership role
  • Experience with senior leadership in delivering executive-level summary updates, analytic insights, and presentations
  • Strong track record of partnering with business partners to drive definition, alignment, and support for application of analytics
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • International business experience desired
  • Ability to travel approximately up to 15% of the time
