CCMH has two prescribers retiring this year and we are looking for a few new medical professionals to join our team. If you enjoy working in a team-based environment where autonomy, flexibility, and provider satisfaction are valued, CCMH is the place for you.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR/SUMMARY OF POSITION/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

We have opportunities for MDs and PMHNPs to provide medication management for our child and family team, ACT, and adult outpatient behavioral health programs. We are also looking for someone to help develop and lead an outpatient MAT program. Positions can be full-time, part-time. Schedule can be negotiated.

Our LMPs are given time to participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, including regular consultation with primary care on shared clients. We have robust care coordination services and access to collateral records. We have a fully staffed medical support team to decrease administrative burden so you can provide quality patient care. CCMH is a National Health Service Corps site and eligible for student loan reimbursement programs. Providers are also eligible for the Oregon Rural Practitioner Tax credit up to $4000 per year.
