We currently have a variety of Counselor II & Counselor III/Clinical Supervisory opportunities throughout our agency - Positions include Family/Children Services 0-11, Family/Children Outpatient & Intensive services; Detox Facility. Clinical Supervisor for Wraparound Care Team & Family/Children Services Department.
HIGHLIGHTS OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults and families as appropriate per location/facility• Assessments/evaluations and intake packets • Treatment planning • Individual/group/family therapy • Dual Diagnosis of mental health/addiction disorders • Consultation/referral/information/education and community outreach
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. LCSW preferred(required for Counselor III Positions). CADC I required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire. Three to five years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered. Previous Wrap experience highly preferred for Clinical Supervisor position. Fluent bilingual Spanish an asset.
**Salary Range is a "step progression" system - Typically, wage for new hires, based on education/skills/experience, is set using the start of the range to mid-range. Salary is also adjusted for Counselor III positions-
