Job Description

 

Colquitt Regional Medical Center is currently seeking a Clinical Analyst. The Clinical Analyst works under the immediate supervision of the Assistant I.S. Director, a senior analyst over the Applications section of the Information Systems department. This person is responsible for the analysis, development, and support of applications that provide customized reports, queries, and interfaces to end-users in the clinical departments. In addition, this person is responsible for completion of routine day-to-day Hospital Information System (HIS) processes, to include monitoring system parameters on a regular basis and the coordination of end-user training and report generation. This position requires good organizational and communication skills, as well as considerable initiative and independent judgement in the performance of day-to-day requirements. The Clinical Analyst occasionally coordinates the efforts of consultants and contract personnel as needed. Excellent presentation and customer service skills as well as a high aptitude for mastering new technical skills are absolutely essential in this position. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years healthcare knowledge. RN license preferred.
