Cable Technician IV

We are seeking a Cable Technician IV to lead our team of technicians supporting a government customer long-term in Oklahoma City. You will design and configure data communication systems, install wireless access points as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and maintenance of APs.
• Pull and terminate cat 5/cat 6 cables throughout a sizeable environment.
• Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.
• Supervise a team of 3 technicians including 2 Tier II Cable Techs and 1 Tier III.
• Order and maintain inventory stock supplies

​Qualifications:

• Must have a BICSI certification.
• Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail

Pay:

• Base pay is flexible depending on experience but the target range is $30-$35/hr + $4.60/hr for fringe..
