Maintenance & Facilities Team Member Part Time

CSCS is accepting applications for a part time Maintenance/Facilities team member. The Maintenance/Facilities position applies trade skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems for the safe, efficient, and proper operation of the CSCS properties. The individual in this role must be capable of completing all tasks as directed by the Facility Director and/or Chief Engineer taking ownership when assigned team or individual projects.
The position will require performing and/or overseeing the day-to-day efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, and grounds. Building/facility systems include but are not limited to HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, energy management, water treatment, hardware, keying, fire protection, grounds, painting, building improvement, floor care, moving furniture, and vehicle care. The individual must feel comfortable independently following a work order system but will also have access to a team when projects require.
