HR Onboarding Representative

Human Resources Manager
The HR Onboarding Representative facilitates the onboarding and job change process for employees of the district. Ensures accurate, timely processing and compliance related to all on-boarding documentation and processes. Receives, audits, processes and enters all personnel information into Lawson HRIS.

Facilitates the onboarding and job change process for employees of the district. Ensures accuracy, timely processing and compliance related to all onboarding documentation and processes.
Inputs, maintains, and/or retrieves information related to various personnel actions into human resource systems including but not limited to hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations in a timely manner; reviews information for accuracy and completeness; requests clarification, corrections, authorizations or additional information if necessary;
Maintains personnel information and files up-to-date and in compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Researches and troubleshoots issues, recommends solutions, and communicates status of issues to internal and external customers. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Verifies credentials of licensed and certified professionals within the organization.
Experience with complex HRIS software, Lawson highly preferred.
Skills required to communicate diplomatically, persuasively, effectively (oral and written.)
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential documents and information.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skill.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Two years customer service experience or HR data processing.
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience with data entry and HRIS software (Lawson)
Previous experience working in a high volume recruitment of staffing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
