We’re looking for a Family Account Manager

Our team is seeking an energetic, dynamic, and well-organized professional with a strong track record of high performance. You will be responsible for being a team player as a Family Account Manager, sharing and supporting tasks such as nanny placement support, family/nanny communications, and management of employees and business support processes. To be successful, this candidate will embody the College Nannies + Sitters (CNS) Core Values and will be a positive influence on their team.

How You’ll Contribute

• Maintain, service and handle communication with nanny placement family accounts

• Coordination of employees into the caregiver placement process

• Conduct interviews and lead orientation process for new hires

• Support the supervision & retention of caregivers including scheduling and ongoing needs analysis

• Support for employee tasks such as time sheet entry, availability management, and communications

• Coordination of employee meetups, training, and events

• Consistent use of operating system tools to include scheduling, communication notes, order creation, and family/employee profile updates

• Bi-weekly payroll audit and verification

What You Need

• Ability to professionally represent company’s marketing messaging and the brand promise of Building Stronger Families® in local communities

• Strategic Thinking: the ability to influence others, delegate effectively, provide feedback and develop potential in others. Capable of rational decision-making

• Problem Solving and Interpersonal Skills: ability to resolve minor conflicts and solve problems for nanny employees and family clients

• Communication Skills: ability to listen to others, provide appropriate feedback, communicate professionally to develop, and maintain successful work relationships.

• Combination of education and at least six months applicable business experience

• Computer and technology proficient with demonstrated aptitude using Microsoft Office or other business applications and software
