Remote Clinical Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Clinical Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handles phone calls/emails for clients,

  • Assist documentation is in system,

  • Explain medical device technology,

  • Document calls,

  • Not dealing with patients face to face but on the phone

  • Will access patients technology to find out it's working properly,

  • Walk patient through what they should do with medical device issues

  • Follow up with patients as needed

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in Tech call center or customer service

  • HS diploma or GED required

  • Must have soft skills and patience to deal with patients/clients

  • Ideal candidate would have patient or clinical experience but not required
