We are seeking a Remote Clinical Customer Service Representative to join the team.
Handles phone calls/emails for clients,
Assist documentation is in system,
Explain medical device technology,
Not dealing with patients face to face but on the phone
Will access patients technology to find out it's working properly,
Walk patient through what they should do with medical device issues
Follow up with patients as needed
2-3 years in Tech call center or customer service
HS diploma or GED required
Must have soft skills and patience to deal with patients/clients
Ideal candidate would have patient or clinical experience but not required
