CARE is currently seeking a BCBA to provide one-on-one ABA services and program supervision through our exclusively in-home and community-based program.

We have an IMMEDIATE need for a highly motivated individual to join our team FULL-TIME!

**BCaBA applicants will also be considered for open supervisory positions**

REQUIREMENTS:

The BCBA is expected to deliver a combination of supervisory and one-on-one ABA services for the minimum number of hours per quarter specified in the employee agreement. The BCBA will have the following:

  • Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certified BCBA at least 1 year of previous supervision experience and/or a minimum of 1 year of direct care service provision
  • Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) certified BCBA in good standing
  • Current BCBA certificate on file with CARE
  • BACB required 8-hour supervision training completion
  • CPR certification
  • HIPAA compliance training
  • Complete continuing education credits in alignment with BACB requirements
  • Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance
  • Maintain practice parameters within individual scope of competence
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide supervision to all technicians on supervisory caseloads meeting agency determined minimums to assigned clients
  • Provide direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to CARE clients
  • Conduct initial intakes for assigned clients
  • Administer formal assessments as needed
  • Write programming for assigned clients
  • Implement CARE Treatment Plan (TP) with fidelity
  • Collect and analyze data on an ongoing basis
  • Modify TP as needed according to the data
  • Report data to Regional Director /Clinical Supervisor as needed and/or requested
  • Obtain and maintain current professional liability insurance
  • Maintain practice parameters within individual scope of competence
  • Work collaboratively with all CARE team members
  • Maintain appropriate documentation according to HIPAA regulations
  • Perform reauthorization reports and submit to the Regional Director no less than 45 days prior to the due date set by the payer
  • Provide on-going training to RBTs implementing the treatment plan on no less than a bi-monthly basis (2x per month) for a minimum of one (1) hour
  • Conduct parent training sessions with and without client present on a weekly basis for a minimum of one (1)hour
  • Attend required meetings and training
  • Drive to and from client homes
  • Perform other duties as requested and assigned
