- Lead complex initiatives for business development including those that are cross-functional with broad impact
- Act as key participant in growth opportunities in an assigned market
- Responsible for supporting relationship managers or sales advisors on enhancing business productivity
- Improving client acquisition strategy by conducting coaching, training, and education sessions
- Promotes business growth programs, improves client acquisition techniques, and identifies opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
