Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Primary responsibilities are processing invoices for payment, ordering office supplies, tracking employee overtime, tracking inmate phone call cost, issuing debit cards and/or checks from the Keefe Software, and processing/tracking medical cost incurred by the inmates. This position will also act as backup to the other clerks in that office. Candidate must successfully complete the Livescan certification course. . Must also meet the following criteria: be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to type 40 wpm, be able to multi-task, be self motivated, able to work well with others or alone, pass a background check, drug test, and polygraph/CVSA, EOE.
