We are seeking Administrative Assistant for busy technology driven, professional office. The ideal candidate will be outgoing with special attention to people skills and confidentiality.
Your responsibilities will include general administrative and accounting duties. This position is also the office technology expert and will be required to learn a few internet data entry/recording keeping platforms and be able to train others on those platforms. This position will also have a good knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
- Some knowledge of book keeping and accounting duties.
- Perform high volume data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Demonstrate knowledge to organize and maintain data.
- Ability to design and format Excel spreadsheets for various needs.
- Ability to train office staff on basic computer skills and copy machine use.
- 2 years or more experience as an administrative assistant.
