Summary of Position:

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales with existing and potential customers, and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers in the gas and convenience channel. Territory Sales Representatives will also communicate and facilitate sales with JUUL representatives and work together to execute the JUUL Labs sales strategy. This position will load out of our Vancouver warehouse and will be travelling through the GVA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing route
  • Contact potential or existing customers to confirm their product order, payment, and delivery day
  • Complete daily calls and order confirmations based on a predetermined call cycle
  • Take ad hoc orders and execute a plan to service
  • Intake and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Prepare sales invoices for delivery and provide confirmed deliveries to the operations and delivery teams
  • Update and maintain customer and sales information in the sales call cycle database
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Direct any issues or concerns to the appropriate team member(s)
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Inventory Control
  • Managing accounts receivable
  • Daily reconciliation of receipts/cash deposit
  • Care and maintenance of company assets (vehicle, phone/accessories and printer)
  • Vehicle maintenance, safe operation of vehicle and excellent driving record
  • Effective daily communication, both written and verbal, with management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales representative or other sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (i.e. CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior customer service skills and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address complaints
  • Class 5 Driver's License and clean abstract
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
