Coherent Staffing Solutions is searching for 2 PT Customer Service experts for our Sumter County government client. Candidates must be able to work at any of the three following locations: Wildwood, Bushnell, or The Villages.
Rate of pay $12.71
Graduation from accredited High School or equivalency
One (1) year general clerical or customer service experience
Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record
Essential Job functions:
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destination.
- Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public
- Physically verifies VIN numbers
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, take messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Inputs various data into computer using word-processing based software. Accesses, inputs and retrieves information from a computer.
- Performs routine office duties including, but not limited to, research and retrieval of records.
- Prepares and verifies receipts, forms and documents, related to the office and payments.
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
- Operates office machines copiers and other general office machines with such accuracy as can be acquired from their use on the job.
- Regular Attendance.
- Fairly physical position, requiring frequent and long periods of standing and walking.
