We have immediate openings for Lead Registered Behavior Technicians at the Cogwheel Clinic for Neurodevelopment, which is a clinician-owned, child-centered practice based in Bellevue, WA. Our Lead RBTs implement and help create behavior programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for children on the Autism Spectrum and other Neurodevelopment disabilities. Therapy takes place in our clinic, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.This is a full-time position, for some flexibility for classes.
Lead RBT positions are available for candidates who are currently pursuing BCBA coursework and certification. Lead RBTs provide some direct service hours to clients and additionally assist BCBAs with clinical duties. These duties include therapist supervision and feedback, client treatment planning, program updates and report writing, and conducting and evaluating functional, academic, and developmental assessments. Additionally, BCBAs provide free supervision hours for those pursuing BCBA certification. Our clinic does not require Lead RBTs to sign a contract stipulating continued employment after certification.
