Description of Work:
The Compliance Department is required to maintain an open communication channel for compliance, environmental health & safety and quality assurance complaints made by residents, employees, contractors and the general public.
Requirements
- Effective Communicator: Written and Verbal
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to exercise discretion
Job duties:
- Triage, redirect and refer calls in the IVR
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Determine the nature of the concern and input into the case management system (Siebel) for investigation and follow up by the appropriate department.
