Senior Structural Engineer (10+ years)

This individual will have solid experience in the design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood buildings, both in new and existing construction. We are looking for an individual with experience managing and mentoring teams of engineers and designers to exceed their client’s expectations and ensure successful, on-time and on-budget projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform and oversee structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of projects. Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings. Lead and manage a team of engineers, designers, and drafters to execute structural designs. Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design. Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications. Manage profitability of projects and maintain a working relationship with clients.
