Codeworks is seeking a Recruiter to join our team(s). Decision details—do you have what it takes?...

Responsibilities:
Conduct job analysis to understand client requirements and objectives.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, user groups and referral networks.
Review candidate resumes against multiple client openings.
Conduct candidate screenings to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Manage and coordinate candidate interviews and technical screenings.
Manage candidate offers and contribute to Codeworks onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate and internal relationships throughout the selection process.
Sustain a qualified candidate pipeline of available resources.
Promote company reputation through community presence.

Requirements:
2-5 years of recruiting experience and a commitment to ensuring a quality candidate and client process.
Passion for technology and an understanding of how technology is created and leveraged by enterprise level corporations.
Solid ability to evaluate candidate character and commitment.
Familiarity with recruiting ATS or other CRM software and processes.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong business and negotiation skills and aptitude.
Good time management skills.
Fluent in Office Productivity software and tools including Outlook/E-Mail, Excel, Word.

Desired:
Prior experience in a technical delivery role.
Knowledge of HR best practices and immigration processes.
Understanding of contract language.

Location:
Open to remote workers with a preference for candidates in Wisconsin, Iowa, and New York (NYC area).
