We also value work-life balance and a 40-hour work week. Moreover, we empower our designers to seek training and development opportunities, as well as define the way we work. Giving you a voice and a support structure to grow is how we turn good designers into great ones.

  • Collaborating with PMs, clients, and other members of the team to understand user needs, business goals and other key requirements
  • Partnering with your UX design counterpart to transform wireframes into a compelling user interface
  • Ensuring developers have what they need to understand the design intention and overseeing design QA during the development phase

  • Effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Planning design projects for sales proposal, including resourcing, release planning, and effort estimation based on client needs
  • Reviewing the output of junior designers on a project
  • Developing junior designers through training sessions, mentorship, and individual support

What it takes to excel:

  • Have an understanding of user-centered design practices, including user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
  • 5 to 7 years worth of project work and other design experience, particularly in a consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent boot camp experience in a design-related field
  • a portfolio that best demonstrates a solid understanding of the latest UI design standards and processes, as well as the soft skills required to work well on a team. Applicants will have an opportunity to walk through a portfolio piece as part of our interview process.

What you'll be apart of:

  • An award-winning digital transformation agency that partners with industry leaders like Shopify and BigCommerce to create a faster, smarter, and more sustainable future for businesses and their customers.
  • A global agency with over 200 employees, and offices in the US, UK, and India.
  • A fun, diverse group of professionals that know how to have a good time on and off the job. We regularly host happy hours, dinners, excursions, and other company events to unwind after a hard day at work.
  • Office snacks and drinks + a fancy Bevi water machine with flavored water
  • Offer Medical, Life, Dental/Vision, and many more insurance types!
  • Employer 401k match - 4%
  • A recreational group that regularly competes in city leagues for softball and volleyball.
