Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Job Description

Coastal Steel Structures seeks a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The steel structure industry is getting a lot of buzz and attention. This is an opportunity for you to learn the prefabricated steel business and guide our customers to the right structure for their needs. You will learn the sales process from the ground up. Working closely with company principals and learning the ropes from successful leaders and colleagues, we'll prepare you for a career in Sales.

As an SDR, you will position the Coastal Steel Structures value proposition and conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers. And help buyers determine that Coastal Steel Structures is a good fit for their project.

This is a remote position, so only apply if comfortable working at home. But don't worry; we conduct remote team and one-on-one meetings daily. We will also provide in-person events like training sessions, social gatherings, and team-building activities.

• Conduct building design calls with interested buyers

• Identify qualified buyers and schedule meetings with our Building Services Managers

• Help individuals and buyers from small and mid-sized companies erect their dream building

• Salesforce Trailhead and HubSpot Academy certified

We're Looking for People Who Have

• A track record of high achievement

• The technical aptitude to master our sales tools and technology

• One-speed energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred

• The ability to demonstrate that you have a history of meeting or overachieving your goals is a plus!

• Demonstrate strong organizational and process skills

• Strong typing and documenting

• Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and written.

• Customer-centric positive outlook

• Able to work independently as well as be part of a team

• Previous experience with a CRM (salesforce/HubSpot a plus)
