Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and assisting in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $60,000 salary plus commission

Responsibilities:

  • As a key leader, the Chief Operating Officer increases the ability of the team to be more productive and to focus more on income-generating activities rather than dealing with the systems and processes
  • The Chief Operating Officer is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the team and assists in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader within the team
  • Implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Learn and adapt within the culture of the team, while adding value to community and charity efforts
  • Work closely with the support team on transaction management responsibilities
  • (Marketing, Admin, Management)
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and processes
  • Be a point of contact in handling client concerns and communication
  • Effectively communicate any issues impacting client, vendor, or team relationships and identify solutions for those issues
  • Create a calendar for all team-related events, parties, and charity fundraisers
  • Implement a process for the community outreach team that represents the Hansen Team
  • Work closely with the leadership team to strategize, reflect, implement and operate with the team
  • Help to grow the expansion side of our team moving into Louisiana, Alabama, and other states/areas
  • Manage the team calendar and build events/socials to add
  • Day-to-Day Flow
  • System and process development, implementation, and oversight
  • Database and Client management
  • Customer Service to current past clients
  • Leading and supporting other staff members, if applicable


Qualifications:

  • This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process
